MEMBERSHIPS CONVENOR

Role:
The Victoria Beach Club Memberships Convenor is an appointed officer of the executive committee. The role of the Memberships Convenor is to oversee the membership drive and collection of membership dues throughout the summer program season.

SPECIAL EVENTS CONVENOR

Role:
The Victoria Beach Club Special Events Convenor is an appointed officer of the Executive Committee who reports to the VBC Board of Directors. The Special Events Convenor provides leadership and coordination for the Club’s special events program by recruiting event convenors, overseeing the summer events calendar, and serving as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and event convenors.
